Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on holidays. The shipping rate will be calculated automatically upon checkout. We will send you a confirmation e-mail when your order has been confirmed and shipped, along with the tracking number. Orders made after 14:00 WIB will be processed the next day. Please contact us through WhatsApp for questions regarding address or order changes.

We are not responsible for any damages during shipping. You will have to file a claim directly to the shipping center.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted if mailed within 7 days upon receiving the package. We only offer and accept one-time refund and/or exchange of regular priced items in the form of store credit with value amounting the selling price of the returned product(s). Store credit can only be used in one transaction only within 6 months period since the store credit was activated.

Products must remain unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with the tag still intactSale, discounted, and markdown items are non-refundable

Please note that we do not provide pick up services for returns or exchanges. Refunds and exchanges will not include shipping costs.
