Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes almost immediately to processing. Please contact us via WhatsApp for further assistance.
Tracking will be provided by shipping carriers. An automated message with your tracking number will be sent to your email once order is sent.

Unfortunately, we only ship within Indonesia at the moment.
Orders will be processed 2-5 days after payment is confirmed. Please note that we do not ship during public holidays and weekends.
Shipping estimates are provided by the shipping carriers. Sometimes, factors such as labor shortages, holidays, extreme weather, supply chain issues, inaccurate shipping informations, etc. can hinder shipping and cause delays.
We are responsible for your order until it reaches the shipping carrier. After that, it is out of our control. You are responsible to file the claim with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost packages, damaged items, and delays.

We currently do not issue cash or credit card refunds. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit only. Please head over to our "Shipping & Returns" page for more information.
- We only accept store credits. We do not issue cash returns.
- We accept size exchanges.
- Goods to be exchanged has to be sent back to us within 7 days after the order was delivered.
- Only clothes that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with label still attached can be returned/exchanged.
- Sale, pre-orders, discounted (using coupon code) and markdown items are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- We will not refund shipping fees on returns initiated by the customer or for refunds issued by us.
We reserve the right NOT to allow the return of products or refund of any transactions although the condition above is met.
Our team will send you a new item or issue store credit to your account after you have completed the return. To be eligible, you must provide us with video proof that the product is defective. Please ALWAYS record an unboxing video.
